I wouldn't say this is a strike at the location if I'm being completely honest it's more of a U-Haul problem than a location problem. But requiring a two-day rental for a 3-hour drive is quite wild. I could have returned the equipment next day And you guys could have rented it out again.... But if you're going to charge me for 2 days and I can't return it for an early return refund then I'm going to keep it the full two days and it can sit with me.
