Clinton BThe app needs some work, when checking out the photos wouldn't load. The app should've told me to take photos and save them on my phone in case they become necessary. the self-check in and check on is too cumbersome overall. It was raining upon return and that made it more difficult to get the return photos. Otherwise, if the app worked a little better and faster, I would have given it a much higher score
