I have rented several times from this location with no issues. Staff was always friendly and accompanied. Yesterday we rented a 15ft truck upon bringing the truck back just a few hours later (they were closed) we stopped and put gas in it at 7-11 (Nicholas and pine island) and brought it back to the 1/4 tank that was in it. This morning I received a receipt and I was charged $30.00 fuel charge and $29.95 for 5 gallons of gas. We called this am and explained must be a mistake and we filled up right before drop off and they didn’t want to hear it and was argumentative and rude. Be careful and watch your receipts !
