ROBERT PLocation was great, but the mobile app frozen up when I tried to take truck pics and I had to go to the store counter to finish the rental and get the truck.
STEVEN GI wish the U-Haul Representatives knew how to better explain the rental agreement and the best way to save the customer money. I paid for mileage that did not apply to my situation and upon all the next rep could say was that's the way corporate does it. Totally unfair practice. I had to leave Georgia come home and get a truck and auto hauler as there were no auto haulers available in 45 locations in and around Winder GA.

MICHELLE BI was thoroughly impressed with the service. I called and scheduled a rental. When I arrived, less than 30 minutes later, the tow dolly was ready. The boys even helped me get it hooked up correctly. When I arrived back the next day, same thing. Great service, friendly atmosphere. I am a fan of "Debonos Stop and Go" for sure now. I strongly recommend.

NORMAN ZThis is the second time I had issues in picking up the rental. The first time, I had to wait 30 minutes to pickup as the office was closed and I had to make several calls to finally get someone there to complete the transaction. This last rental pickup was a nightmare. Uhaul waits until 2 hours before pickup to email me that I had to pickup the trailer at another location that was more than 10 miles away. The representative gave me a $20 credit for the inconvenience for you to charge me an additional $20+ for early drop off when I was told by the representative, that I could self drop off any time. Absolutely unacceptable! Because, I had 2 back to back poor experiences, I will not be utilizing Uhaul for any future rentals and that is a shame, as I move quite frequently being a property manager for 14 parks in Florida. I will not be recommending your services to no one moving forward.

ALASTOR GIt's been chaotic for me with closing on one house and buying another I forgot to make a reservation but thankfully they had one available for me and they were able to get me into that truck quickly they were very friendly kind and accommodating and the price is perfect probably the best price in town

JESSLYN WThe inside of the truck was dirty and sticky we had to clean it out. The appliance hand truck the wheels were sticking. We had difficulty moving the heavy stuff. If you are going to rent stuff it would be nice to have it clean and operational. I have rented in the past and everything was great. Not at all happy this time.

ALLEN BDonnie Debono is first class and every aspect of renting a U-Haul is taken to the next level with his company and employees. I not only recommend Debonos, I refuse to use any other dealer in the Cape Coral / Ft. Myers area.
GARY SRented from here multiple times and always smooth process and good staff. Recommend this location. My only concern was on this particular truck it shifted really slow/hard to the point I was afraid it wasn't going to shift up gear. This also probably affected MPG as it took over 8 gallon for 63 miles of driving, with only a partial load on 6 of those miles, otherwise empty. Door was dented badly didn't close properly.
Michael Rreps should get more money, they handle the gas station and the uhaul at the same time. great guys, mad respect for them.

DAVID SThe teuck i rented was clean per se. But as we went on to move all our stuff and drive off while braking the trucks brakes or tires or suspension was really bad. It sounded like something was gonna fall off. Needless to say we used it and luckily it was a short distance but still. It should of never gone out .

KIERON TTruck was a little dirty overall - windshield was absolutely filthy. Was very hazy during daylight hours - at night it was a safety issue. I needed to stop driving and find towels and glass cleaner to proceed safely. Otherwise no issues with vehicle
