EDWARD RI requested for a U-Haul and Craig told me that I had to have it back before 24 hours moving a 4 bedroom house rented it at 11:30am and had to have it back at 7am I told him I wouldn’t have it back and he has a slick comment and told me that I guess you’ll be ruining someone else’s day and hung up on me. Then I requested for a receipt and they told me they couldn’t provide me with one. I’ve rented to them before but only want to rent from the owner the people he has working for them will run his business to the ground.

GUILLERMO SGot an old rusty U-Haul truck that smelled awful inside—like it hadn't been cleaned forever. It was disappointing. Returned it the same night, topped off the gas exactly as needed, and kept my receipts to prove it. Then 10 days later, they tried hitting me with an extra $183.55 fuel charge I didn't owe. Total BS. Bad trucks + sneaky charges? Not cool.

DAVID VService was excellent, equipment was ok, charges were misleading. Advertised at 19.95 per day, actually cost over $83.00 per day for a 3.9 mile move.
Timothy SThe staff at this location called and told me that I had driven a total of 37 miles. My old home is only 5 miles from the pickup location of the U-Haul there and back. The distance between my old and new home is only 1 mile apart and I only went between the two twice! They called and said that I owed more money, Forty Two more dollars to be exact. I brought the truck back on time with the required amount of gas in it per contract and took photos of everything. There was a lot of miscommunication, I will never rent from here again.

DIANE BThis is my third time in the last month of using Debono U-Haul service. Everyone is so kind and helpful every time I'm in there they will walk me out and show me either a trailer or a truck and explain how to properly use it. Even with the trailer they hooked it up for me. I had to buy a receiver for my truck so that I can pull the trailer. They were kind enough to put the receiver on for me and hook the trailer up. When I returned they took the trailer off as well. I highly recommend them they are always helpful and kind and they go out of their way in making their customers feel special.
