I was in and out pretty quickly, no hassles, no drama The cargo van was in top-notch shape, clean, really comfortable to drive, excellent air conditioning, couldn't ask for a better short moving experience, thank you.

George SIt was the only trailer available for one-way in SW Florida. I thought I had reserved a 4x8 but instead got a 5x8 (same price). When I picked up the trailer the right rear tail light was mal functioning. Representative told me call the insurance company. He nor I noticed that the wiring harness was damaged in several places. I called the Corporate site in N. Ft Myers and took trailer there. They didn't have a replacement tail light and said to call road service. Again they too, did not notice the wiring harness! Road Service sent Casmor Diagnostics within 30 minutes to my home. This polite young man noticed right away the wiring harness and tried to find a replacement. Unable to he repaired the wiring on-site and fixed the problem. I then had tail and marker lights. This guy was great.

Andrew KCheck-in was easy but time consuming. The system data base should be more "user friendly" for the location owners. Even though I did online check-in the clerk still had to input information in order to complete my check-in. A more universal database needs to be implemented for faster check-in time. Pricing over 50 miles should only be at the current IRS rate for business mileage no matter the demographical/geo-location. The pickup truck that I rented had a bad odor. When I opened the driver door, I could smell strawberry air freshener from the car air freshener that was placed on the console arm rest. But after driving for 20 min. I could smell a bad body odor smell. I could no longer smell the strawberry car air freshener. I had to smell the bad odor for the duration of my use of the truck. When I got out of the truck the scent was on my clothes. It made me gag! There should be an industrial upholstery spray cleaner used before a vehicle is used by the next customer. Debanos is a High Traffic location. Their entrance has limited access due to the square footage of the store, and limited parking at the front entrance. The clerk was courteous during my check-in and checked me as quickly as the system data base would allow. I was pleased to find an available pickup truck not far from my location and was able to reserve it online.

Joseph HI told the location a tire failed and that there were other tires that looked like they would fail as well. One tire clearly had a wavy tread indicating a broken or separating belt. The personnel told me as long as they hold air, the tires can be replaced if they fail during a rental. I find this policy completely unacceptable and a safety concern.

Daniel PDespite U-Haul's corporate screw up which resulted in the correct vehicle not being available, Debonos went above and beyond and the owner worked his magic to get us a larger vehicle as a substitute. Kudos to Debonos for being very customer oriented and resolving the issue that U-Haul corporate caused .

JEFFREY RVirgil explained that Uhaul will be improving the building, but we found it to be very clean.
THOMAS HThe trailer was clean but not well maintained. The signal, brake and running lights worked only intermittently. Since I was driving on an interstate highway in the dark this was an issue. Luckily they worked most of the time and I did not have an incident.
