Great location, equipment was clean and staff were friendly. Hard to tell where to go for pickup, the convenience store or semi shop so some signage would help direct.
ANDREW DDrop off was great. they are a new drop off company.
EVELYN BWe reserved a truck for pick up in Baraboo, WI and had to drive 40 miles to pick it up. We were given extra miles for it but it wasted 2 hours of our time and we had to drop it off 24 hours later, no extra 1.75 hours for our extra drive to pick it up.
