Vincent CEd DeGroot's shop is the only place we rent trucks or trailers from in the area. By far, the best maintained trucks & trailers, best customer service, and he's got all different sizes equipment to meet our needs. Ed is super helpful & knowledgeable too for deciding what size or type of equipment for our job at hand. I 100 percent recommend Ed DeGroot's shop!
Melissa Then a reservation is made 4 weeks in advance. make sure the equipment is available at that location. Don't send your customer to another location 15 miles away at the last minute.
Bart VTrailer damaged. Brakes failed. Nearly died! Bad experience. Mr. Degroot was indifferent. Said U-haul is supposed to maintain units seemed in a hurry and impatient. Nations rent in future for me!

Jonathan BWhile the van was clean and overall was perfect for its purpose, I was not impressed with all of the alarms and sensors. The lane assist, or auto steering, was more of a hinderance as it kept trying to put me back into the center of the lane, which I was avoiding because of traffic or debris. The "two hands on the wheel" alarm would come on when I did have both hands on the wheel and was more distracting than it was a helpful reminder.
