No digital or paper check-in. No mileage or gas check-out before leaving the lot. Person had to call another store to process my rental. Because of this, this pick-up location utilized this truck for a month with no proper mileage documentation. Therefore, when I went to turn in my rental at the drop-off destination, 3 hours away, they said I was 842 miles over on the usage which is NOT true. I have filed a formal complaint and customer action file. I have been charged close to $900 because of the backhanded business practices of this location. *I was also changed to this location from one in Southport which would have been more official and beneficial. *DO NOT go to this location. *DO NOT believe that there is no digital or paper check-out. *Move to another location for proper UHaul services.

Gary pThe local dealers are always great. I have been renting with UHaul once a year for several years. I have a UHaul lot across the street with trucks available but every time after getting my confirmation I get repeated calls promoting me to pick up a truck from another location sometimes up to 30 miles round trip from my home. I'm a customer and am not interested in the truck rotation schedule!

Mohammad ANot have bald tires on car dolly. Had a flat within an hour. Had to wait approximately 2 hours on side of interstate for repair. Had to have second tire changed due to it being bald also.

PAUL DMy only negative comment is that I wish the 6' x 12' trailer had a trailer jack - it has a high tongue weight (even empty), making it difficult to attach and detach from the truck hitch.

David DThe truck they gave us to rent leaked oil all over our brand new concrete driveway. We were told to file a claim. We are beyond upset! Why wouldn’t you check and maintain your trucks. That should have never happened. There are no words! Uhaul should pay or fix the damage to our BRAND new driveway and credit us for the full amount of the rental!
