We were provided a larger truck then what I ordered, which they said was at the location and was not, and charged a higher price, without notice. The roof of the truck had holes in it and water all over the floor, which we had to clean. I was also charged for additional coverage, which I had not chosen. When I called UHaul to have both charges refunded to me, they said someone would call within 72 hours. They did not. I was refunded one charge. I had to call back for a refund on the 2nd charge. And they had to REOPEN my case and start the process all over again for my request to have the coverage charge refunded. They also incorrectly charged me the mileage. Awful experience.
DIANE STruck was very dirty with some sort of sticky liquid in front cupholder. The staff did not have access to my reservation and had to find it on my phone. The truck was available on time, as promised. Fix the reservation system so that they have the reservations available, and clean the trucks, especially the cabs.
