The location was supposed to open at 9:00 a.m. we were there at 9:15 and the door was locked and all lights were out. When we were about to leave the man came out and told us to come in. He's an elderly man and very slow on the computer. He had to start over 3 times and kept blaming it on the computer. The location closed early. Supposed to close at 5 p.m. We were there at 4:30 and it was closed. On the key Dropbox there was a note to return the truck via the U-Haul app. So I had to download the app in order to do this. The app is a joke. Not user friendly at all. After about 45 minutes the app finally took the return. Not really a good experience.

SAMUEL TI did not have any interactions with personnel. I used the mobile feature, so everything was done through my cell phone. This location for drop off was very small. It was difficult to return the truck as there was minimal space to drop off the 15’ truck I rented. This location was clean and the drop off process was fine.
Sandra HWe arrived to our pick up location to find the truck was not available even though it was clearly parked and available. The dispatcher that called and rebooked me here from our original location did not arrange for the online pick up even though the business was closed at that time. We were rebooked for a location in a very dangerous area at a business without lighting in the parking lot. It was a very very stressful situation, and wasted most of our evening when it could have been quick, easy, and efficient.
