No place to park. Not very friendly. I left not feeling confident everything would be done in a timely manner

It's a small place but gets very busy quick and have to constantly wait while cashier have to have you to wait while checking out people walking up to counter. But she was very nice and polite. She really needs some help there.

ROBERT B.No issues with the equipment; however the service was virtually non existent. Scheduled for 8:00am pick up and there was nobody there who could issue the equipment! 1.5 hours later finally got the equipment. Because they were late, I had to turn it in late, and I was promptly charged $20 after hours fee!! Absolutely terrible service!! I will never use their service again!

RChristopher H.The man at this location had horrible customer service. I waited over 2 hours to get my truck; I made reservations a week in advance, but still had to wait. He was very dismissive and helped everyone before me. He even told me to just go to the truck know that the keys weren't even in there. I would not recommend this location to anyone because of Allen. I waited on my truck that I reserved in advanced while he helped everyone to their truck, swept the parking lot, and directed traffic in a gas station parking lot. He did all of that while I was waiting. I had a timed schedule and he didn't take that into consideration. When I did get my truck, he was trying to make me pay for the time that I had lost waiting. I had to reach out to customer service. While I was signing the contract and reviewing it, he told me and I quote “this isn't a marriage licenseâ€. Horrible horrible experience. Truck worked well and was clean, however.
Deja S.The rental was gross on the inside with gunk splattered on the ground. The lights didn't work and need to be fixed on the spot and the rental wasnt available until 4 hours after the time with poor communication throughout.

Summer S.The truck was completely filthy - dirty tissues, spilled drinks on seats and console, 2 pair of someone's glasses under the seat, back of truck was also not swept out. I had to clean it myself prior to using.

Alexa G.First time ever using uhaul. Ever. The guy was Rude and snarky and not helpful. "Designated" spots but not marked at all. Unhooked the trailer but was told he wasnt going to check it in unless we moved it to where he wanted it. Must curb your personal vehicle in order to put trailer in "designated" spot. Had to back down a one way illegally in order to get it where he wanted it. None of his employees knew what I was even doing or what I needed to do to check in. (Probably not their fault). Not a great first drop off experience. At all.

FRANKLIN C.Originally we chose to check in in-person at the desk (UHaul called and switched our location on us the day before). We arrived at our scheduled 8a.m. pickup time and were told by the lady at the convenience store that the owner would not be there that day and that we could check in online or in the app. We tried this and even though the page showed we were checked in, we received no code to get the truck key from the box outside. We called UHaul (20-30 minute wait time) and the lady at UHaul put us on hold while she contacted the owner of that location who told her that he was just out for a few minutes to run to the bank. Well, the woman at the station has already told us he was not going to be in that day and we'd already been waiting over half an hour by that point. The owner finally showed up and told us the reason that the key code wouldn't come up was because he had not checked the truck in that came in the night before. So, we waited another half hour or so for him to do that. Don't get me wrong, he was a nice enough guy but the fact that we had to go through all this and waste over an hour of our time was VERY frustrating when this could have been avoided by him simply doing the job he was supposed to do and checking the truck in promptly. We will never rent from this location again and would suggest that no one else does either unless they are ready to be frustrated and waste a good bit of their time.
