The representative at this drop-off location displayed very poor customer service. The interaction was unwelcoming from the moment we arrived, and they offered little to no guidance throughout the return process. We had to repeatedly ask questions ourselves just to confirm whether everything was complete and if we were free to leave. A simple explanation and a more courteous attitude would have made the experience much better. Unfortunately, this was not a positive customer service experience.
