I love this location, but I encountered an issue with my order. I had requested a dolly for the day, but when I picked up the truck, it was not included. I ended up spending over 20 minutes driving to another location to retrieve the dolly I had ordered. I wish the manager could check all orders before leaving for the day to ensure that customers receive everything they need along with the truck. On another note, I found the U-Haul app to be user-unfriendly. It was difficult to load everything, and for both the pickup and return processes, I spent about 30 to 40 minutes completing each one.
MAE HAssociated didn’t show up. Caused some initial confusion - especially given the text to me that I was 10 minutes late. I ended up doing everything over the phone and my mobile app. That said - the guy on the phone was awesome and truck was ready to go.
