There was a burnt out headlight There was a burnt out taillight There was now windshield washer fluid The little round knob to roll the window up was off and 2 days later I found it in the truck and re-installed it. The seat handle was broken and I could not move the back support forward or backwards.

The cashier was high on drug and told me he couldn't validate my contract, when asked why he said he didn't know how to. In fact he showed up to be lazy and ended up opening his program and having me do it for him. After 45 minutes I left with my truck, for 50$ more than the estimation I was guarateed to have. Im very dissatisfied with Uhaul and not gonna reuse it again if this is left unfixed, I'm expecting to hear about this from a Uhaul manager or something... In french preferably, en I'm typing in english because the questions are in english. Thanks overall if you care.

Service is in english (this is bad). Method to return the truck seem interesting with pictures and all, but the gas station asked me to pay and they were confuse. I had no email confirmation to show them that I had payed. They asked me for 2 credit card saying that my card was not working. The payments I made is about 205,75$ + 29,60$ which I don't know exactly what it is. Are you not able to make a final bill so I can understand for What I payed and at the same, I will have my final bill. Also, the fuel level marked on the paper was not good when I took it. It is way more easier to have a fiiled truck and to filled it back at the end.

I was very disappointed by the lack of clear indications and information regarding the process of returning the truck. When I called to reserve the truck I asked about the return process and was told I'd be told how to go about it once I was at the U-Haul. I was aware that the location closes at 1PM and I was advised by the staff member that I only needed to fill up the truck and then drop off the key at the counter. I asked the clerk multiple times when I arrived if I needed to fill out any documentation stating I had returned my truck and was told that there was nothing to do on my end. I found this a little odd so I took a picture of the location with the timestamp, just in case I ran into an issue. Once I got back home later in the evening, I saw that I had received a text message stating there would be a fee for not completing the return process on the website... Had I been clearly informed, I would have done so, with no issue. I was moving the entire day and didn't have access to my telephone, so it would be important to communicate the expectations with the customer rather than expect them to see it via text... My frustration is that I asked multiple people and was never given any indication of this.I am very disappointed because this fee would have been avoided had the process been clearly communicated with me. Aside from that, my experience is positive. Thank you.

The trailer I reserved wasn't available when I arrived. They gave me a smaller trailer which forced me to do two trips (gas is $$!!). When I returned the trailer at the end of the day they charged me for the larger trailer that I had originally reserved. The clerk said to come back another day so his boss could "fix it". I returned but even the boss told me to call the regional manager, to "fix it". What a mess..

We were charged a $10 fee for using a credit card to pay ! The truck was dirty with old Kleenex, dirty bags etc left on dash with dried spill of liquid.

Some info on trailer and trailer care would be nice. The trailer was clearly well used. The employee didn't seem to have any knowledge of the trailers maintenance, tire info, pressures, etc. He was very helpful and pleasant and did his routine check, but wasn't sure about questions we had about the trailer.

On nous a contacté la veille pour nous dire que le camion n'était plus disponible. On nous proposé d'aller en chercher un camion une heure plus loin sans un rabais. Le nouveau lieu n'avait pas de couvertures comme on nous avait confirmé. Le service à clientèle semblait désintéressé et ne pouvait pas répondre à nos questions. Ce commentaire est désigné au système de location et non aux endroits de location.

Tout ce que j'avais réservé je n'ai pas eu sauf le diable pour électroménagers. J'ai eu comme raison ben désolé les gens volent les choses. Je e suis ramassé avec 0 couvertures pour protéger mes meubles, pas de petit diable pour les boîtes et pas de housse pour matelas Queen. Très déçue car je me fiais sur ma réservation d'il y a 1 mois...

First send the email in french also as some people in Québec speak french. Advise earlier >24h before rent that the truck will be at more than an hour from original pick up location. Make sure to put every dolly and furniture in the truck. Dont make me come back to switch truck when I am already arrived. Be sure to give me the right truck right away.

Vraiment de voleurs Nous avons loué hier fourgonnette 19.95 $ Pour 4h . Une facture de 155.90$ J'ai mis 10$ de gaz a mon retour J'ai fait 24 kilomètres pour aller a l'endroit on je devrais laisser mes boîtes. 25 kilomètres pour revenir. Il mon charger 155.90$ plus 10$gaz Il on dit a mon mari vous avez faitevplus de 250 kilomètres ? ????? Bin oui avec 10$ de gaz elle est ou ka logique ??? Mon mari avais pas ces lunettes de lecture.. il c'est fié a eu quand il on pris le conteur de la fourgonnette ..... en plus nous avons pas besoin des assurances parceque Desjardins ces incul avec nos assurances a nous.... Nous sommes retourné moi est mon mari a 5h. Quand il na dit combien cela a coûté au retour a la maison j'ai ditvon retour parceque onbma dit quand j'ai loué 19.95$ plus taxe plus 50 cent du kilométrage plys le gaz que noys avons prix 10$ nous avons passe 1h au dépanneur chemin Larocque poyrvlui faire comprendre qu'il a faite une erreur quand il a pris le conteur du camion. Rien a faire il sais buen que nous avons mis 10$ de gaz comment voulez-vous faire pkus de 250 kilomètres avec 10$ de gaz ? ??? Svp je demande un remboursement svp appelle moi Claudette Bernard 514 290 8136 mon conjoint Jean Paul Girard. Location faite hier de 12h31 retourné la camionnette a 16h 21. Comment on peut faire plus de 250 kilomètres avec 10$ de gaz en même pas 3h vraiment il on faite une erreur les commis du dépanneur svp je demande un remboursement appelé moi. Merci

They lied and told me they had the 36 blankets and 2 furniture dollies that I reserved online when I called the day before to confirm everything. When I showed up the owner of the gas station said they don't carry supplies and that he runs a gas station, Uhaul is not important to him. I spoke with his wife the day before so clearly she lied and we almost ended up damaging some furniture because of both of them. I will NEVER reserve anything from them again. NEVER!!!

Truck was absolutely filthy . Sticky soda all on the dash , food chip crumbs every. Mud in the box . I ordered a dolly and that was not honoured. My trucks had a large pile of dirty blankets. Truck stalled on me a few times, and it needs a major wheel alignment, I had to hold wheel almost sideways to go straight.

TRÈS DÉÇU de votre service à la clientèle. Le commis m'a téléphoné une heure avant la prise de possession pour m'aviser que le 20 pieds que j'avais réservé n'était pas disponible. À la place, il voulait me laisser un 15 pieds. Je lui ai dit que ça ne pouvait pas fonctionner car je manquerais de place et que c'était pour une destination longue distance donc, je ne pouvais pas faire 2 voyages. Il m'a répondu que si je n'étais pas contente, j'avais juste à appeler ailleurs. J'en reviens juste pas de me faire répondre ça lorsque ça fait plusieurs semaines que j'ai réservé mon camion justement pour ne pas me retrouver dans ce genre de situation. Il a finalement offert de me laisser un 15 pieds avec une remorque de 8 pieds. Cependant, c'était une petite remorque donc, j'ai manqué de place car je n'avais pas l'espace de côté et en hauteur pour mes boîtes. Conséquence: je devrai louer une autre remorque pour vider mon logement et faire le voyage Montréal-Québec une autre fois. J'en profite pour vous rappeler que l'essence est très cher et que je devrai payer un montant supplémentaire dû à ce manque de professionnalisme de votre part.
