Verify customer’s reservation so they could get everything in their reservation. I ordered a dollie to pick up my furniture I did not get it.
Nathanael CThe employee was great: very helpful and very friendly but he had to juggle many clients at the same time. It meant taking some time to complete the paperwork - he often had to stop to assist other clients while we did the paperwork. This was absolutely necessary for good customer service but it seems like you can streamline the paperwork process so we could be done faster. Again, excellent fellow. 👍
