I was quoted a price on the phone by one of your agents for 20 hours, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the price had changed, even though I had already had my price set up 1 week before. So for almost the same price, I only got 6 hours instead of 20. I'm handicapped and I have 3 small children. I didn't have a lot of money to spend, and now I'm not able to move all of my stuff because of you.
