Vous m'avez chargé des frais de kilométrage que je n'ai pas fait. J'ai pris le véhicule à 62013 ml et je l'ai remis à 62050 ml et vous m'avez chargé 303,62$. C'est aberrant, je cais devoir perdre mon temps à vous appelé pour régler le tout.

nobody at the office, keys were on the front seat. There was a lot of snow, nothing to clean it. the contract was done later then if somebody ask me to proove that I did not stole the truck, I can't. I ask for material, they let me know that it was not available the morning I was rent the truck...At least they do not charge it

Service médiocre, dépanneur fermé, retard du fournisseur de camion, service en ligne pourri, service téléphonique vraiment déficient *on parle jamais à quelqu'un *

The check engine was on and the truck was stuck in ice. I couldnt get the truck out it kept on stalling and the motor kept on faiing. i told the guy at the pick up place but he didnt seem to care at all. We had to ask help from another uhaul employe to push the truck at least this guy was helpful

All the trucks were out of order so I had to take. Longer harder to drive 20 feet truck when I had ordered a 10 inch one. Took 45 minutes to get the uhaul which made me late for my moving period

The truck rental guy kept calling us to ask what time we would bring the truck back. We rushed, without even finishing our move, to return it at 4 PM. Once we got there, he told us that the customer who was supposedly waiting had postponed until tomorrow. On top of that, he charged us double the price for just 7 hours of rental
