J’ai réservé le uhaul pour 9h. Je suis donc arrivé d’avance pour remplir les papiers soit vers 8h50. La personne en charge est arrivée à 9h05. J’ai pus partir avec mon camion à 9h20, soit 20 minutes après l’heure de rendez-vous demandé alors que j’ai pris la peine d’arriver plus tot pour en prendre possession. En plus du prix exorbitant de 280$ pour 4h!!!! J’ai du remettre l’essence dans le camion. Pour 4h avec l’essence cela m’a coûté 320$ cela n’a aucun bon sens

Ils ont ajouté des frais supplémentaires à ma facture, y compris une couverture que je n’avais ni choisie ni autorisée. Ils ont également nié que j’avais retourné la voiture le jour même, et on m’a injustement facturé une deuxième journée. Je suis très déçu par ce service et je ne recommande cet endroit à personne. À moins que vous ne souhaitiez être mal traité et facturé injustement, je vous conseille fortement d’éviter cette entreprise. Je n’ai jamais vécu une aussi mauvaise expérience de service à la clientèle. This was an extremely disappointing experience. The service was terrible. They added extra charges to my bill, including coverage that I did not choose or authorize. They also denied that I returned the car on the same day, and I was charged for a second day unfairly. I am highly disappointed with this service and would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want to be treated poorly and charged unfairly, I strongly suggest avoiding this company. I have never experienced such bad customer service before
Ziang XLe monsieur du dépanneur (qui a l'air fermé, local bordélique, lumières fermées) n'est vraiment pas professionnel, avait l'air tout mélangé. J'avais avisé dès le début que je prenais le camion jusqu'à environ 20h00 pm, à 14h15 pour me dire que je devais absolument ramener le camion pour 16h00, il me criait dessus. Il a fini par me racrocher la ligne au nez quand je lui ai fait comprendre que c'était impossible.

What I appreciate most is the availability of the vehicles. It is easy to find a truck at virtually any time of the day, whether during the week or on weekends. The rental process is simple, fast, and very convenient. In addition, the owner is easily reachable directly on his cell phone and is always available to answer questions or provide assistance when needed. Picking up the truck is quick and hassle-free, which makes the entire experience very pleasant. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and accessible truck rental service.
