First if you do not have a smart phone, don't rent from this location. All transaction is done via online, no human presence. You will receive about 8 emails and texts. Some are quite lenghty and the process took close to 20 minutes to read and do. then you have to take pictures and send back. Next the key box to get your keys is in an open area open to the elements, there were a half dozen key sets in there it was rainy and I will not describe the rest. The truck had old rags and required a good sweep. Certainly not having a person present and keys in an uncovered area made this experience hectic.

The service was deplorable from start to finish. The representative made numerous mistakes, which resulted in me receiving far too many unnecessary emails and updates. On top of that, they showed a clear lack of professionalism. Their tone was rude and vulgar, and they displayed no politeness or courtesy throughout the interaction. This was a very disappointing customer service experience.

Remi MJ’ai réservé le uhaul pour 9h. Je suis donc arrivé d’avance pour remplir les papiers soit vers 8h50. La personne en charge est arrivée à 9h05. J’ai pus partir avec mon camion à 9h20, soit 20 minutes après l’heure de rendez-vous demandé alors que j’ai pris la peine d’arriver plus tot pour en prendre possession. En plus du prix exorbitant de 280$ pour 4h!!!! J’ai du remettre l’essence dans le camion. Pour 4h avec l’essence cela m’a coûté 320$ cela n’a aucun bon sens
