How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe car’s fuel gauge does not show the same level before and after starting the engine. I left to do my move and returned the car after filling the tank to a level higher than its current reading. When the contract was closed, I saw that I was charged almost $80 on the grounds that I had not reached the required fuel level. I sent the evidence to the agent in charge, but despite the photos I provided, he said that there was nothing he could do. You can understand that this is unfair to me and is causing me financial harm. This is why I was really disappointed with the service.
Oumar DFirst if you do not have a smart phone, don't rent from this location. All transaction is done via online, no human presence. You will receive about 8 emails and texts. Some are quite lenghty and the process took close to 20 minutes to read and do. then you have to take pictures and send back. Next the key box to get your keys is in an open area open to the elements, there were a half dozen key sets in there it was rainy and I will not describe the rest. The truck had old rags and required a good sweep. Certainly not having a person present and keys in an uncovered area made this experience hectic.
HECTOR TThe service was deplorable from start to finish. The representative made numerous mistakes, which resulted in me receiving far too many unnecessary emails and updates. On top of that, they showed a clear lack of professionalism. Their tone was rude and vulgar, and they displayed no politeness or courtesy throughout the interaction. This was a very disappointing customer service experience.
