The check engine was on and the truck was stuck in ice. I couldnt get the truck out it kept on stalling and the motor kept on faiing. i told the guy at the pick up place but he didnt seem to care at all. We had to ask help from another uhaul employe to push the truck at least this guy was helpful
Catherine MAll the trucks were out of order so I had to take. Longer harder to drive 20 feet truck when I had ordered a 10 inch one. Took 45 minutes to get the uhaul which made me late for my moving period
