alain lI understand that this was a moving truck, but that dirty, unacceptable.
Martin DI dropped the truck after opening hours and since i only droved 8 miles i filled it with approximately 1 gallon (6$). Even thoughi did it they charged me 20$ for gaa the next mornin.
ERIC CThe truck had a hole in the floor, we almost injured ouselves. I could not open the driver door from the outside with the key. The person in charge of the business from where i picked the truck was not compehensive at all and was aggressive when i tried to explain to him all the problems. Very bad experience. Some of my things fell during the ride because of the hole on the floor.
Milovan VUhaul made a mistake at the reservation and made two for one with that reservation : 78902817 , one for Alexandra Lagrois with the adress 931 Principale St-Come Quebec, J0k2B0...and one for Patrick Martin 3273 18 e ave, Rawdon Quebec, J0K1S0 I called to correct it and said that it's very important to be for ALEXANDRA LAGROIS WITH HER ADRESS. The person said don't worry everything is ok, but when they combine the folder, it was the good name but the driver adress, thing I saw only when I got my final bill. I picked up the truck at Provisoir Rawdon and the person was so mad with me for every questions he talked so lound to me and said...This is my store, I decide how I do my stuff it's not U-Haul.. And when tried to call U-Haul went a get my bill to correct the adress nobody can,t do anything for me even if It was your system mistake...I ask for an email with the correction on it, I kind of...our system had a problem and the adress on the bill should be: 931 Principale St-Come Quebec, but they put the one of the driver person. We are sorry about that inconvienience... I would be happy with that but now I'm very desapointed because no one can,t do this to me....
Alexandra LMauvaise expérience a la location une fois arrivée sur place. La pré-inscription ne sert strictement à rien... On nous a demandé de répondre aux mêmes questions sur place. Par contre, on a eu affaire a une autre personne au retour et ça c'est très bien passé ☺️ donc ça au moins fini la journée de déménagement sur une bonne note.
Noemi CKeep the same pickup adresse, make sure the equipments ordered are in the truck, and make sure the truck has heating in the cabine. Same problem with the return address.

Sylvain ONeed to have better informed employees. I mentionned on the phone I needed a 4wd pickup and the lady said yes. When I arrived I realised it was only 2wd. When I asked the person at the counter, she sent a message to a supervisor (I think) and he replied that the truck was AWD despite not having any front driveshaft or differentials. I was able to carry out what I needed to do anyway but it would have been nice to know in advance since I specified i'd prefer 4wd.

Dary BThis location is no longer open. Upon arrival at the gas station (U-Haul site) we were greeted by a rude attendant telling us that this location had been closed for a long time. We had to find the nearest location and cross our fingers that we could do an online drop-off. The fact that you are listing this location as a valid U-Haul location is ridiculous
SCOTT Pput snow brush in the trucks, it's winter. and make the system much simpler to use. the lock was broken on the truck
charles mThere was stuff in the truck from the last. Driver side mirror was broken. There was sand in the box the truck was not clean.

joann FJ'ai déclinée lors de ma réservation les assurances car je suis déjà assurée. Le marchand m'a obligé de les prendre pour deux jours. Ce qui représente 40$. Un marchand m'a aucunement le droit d'obliger un client a prendre une assurance.

Pierre AYou should clean the interior of the vehicle, there was garbage on the floor and it was so dirty and sticky!
JONATHAN SCustomer service was poor. Guy was impolite, impatient and entitled. He got mad at us because we did not get his French asgood as we wanted. We were forced to return the truck at thé same location but they wouldnt explain what was the difference for us.
Francis RI signed up for contactless pick up but this wasn’t available at pick up for some reason. This also wasn’t the location I requested. I requested one closer to my house.

Olivier DJe suis allé informé le propriétaire de mon arrivée. Je souhaitais valider que j'étais bien stationné. Le propriétaire est devenu agressif. Ne voulais pas accueillir le camion. A exprimé des mots dur envers U-Haul. Très déstabilisant après une journée de déménagement.

Marc BLa préposée n était trop au courant comment fonctionnait la tarification. Lors de ma réservation au numéro indiqué sur votre site très bon service mais le prix diffèrait De celui du détaillant. Ça m a pris 1/2 hr pour la préposée du détaillant viennent a bout de comprendre avec 3 coût de téléphone et lors du retour encore 1/2hr pour la facturation
