The customer service rep in Rawdon was rude and dishonest. She would not give me a receipt upon checking in the vehicle on saturday Only after calling uhaul nova Scotia and returning to the location on Monday did I get a receipt. Also, I heard her on the phone with uhaul on Monday reporting a stolen vehicle. I noticed the vehicle i returned Saturday was not in the parking lot on Monday. And the receipt I received Monday indicated I returned the vehicle Saturday after 5pm. I returned the vehicle at 2pm. I was charged an exra day +CDW which I did not request.

Commerçant pas souriant et désagréable j'ai demandé dans ma réservation un diable a électroménager et arriver sur les lieux de la prise d'équipements il y en avait pas. Ensuite le commerçant ma charger un dépôt de 50$ pour loué un petit diable a boîte de carton donc j'ai eu de la misère a complété mon déménagement avec ce diable puis quand j ai retourner il ma juste remis la moitié de mon dépôt et a garder le reste breff plus jamais je vais retourner la et plus jamais je louerai avec U-haul c'était la 2 eme fois que j'ai un mauvaise expérience et il m'y en aura pas une 3 eme
keven bI would have expected that even if I'm late to my reservation starting point, that the person there would not tell me that he could have rented the truck to someone else, mostly seeing that it was for a 2 days rental... I reserved it, it should remain mine. I was 1h30 late, due to traffic on a 260 km ride. On top of that, tires were not useable ( worn off) and the rear section was full off dirt. The attendent didn't even came with me to inspect the truck, so he hasn't seen a thing.
Gabriel BWhen I tried to reserve the item, I couldn't request to have it returned to the same location. I was asked to take it an hour and a half away from where I picked it up, and even further from my home. I called, and after 30 minutes, an agent put me on hold because she didn't want to help me. I'm only grateful to the second agent I spoke to on the phone, who changed the return address to a location that was closer.
