I would have expected that even if I'm late to my reservation starting point, that the person there would not tell me that he could have rented the truck to someone else, mostly seeing that it was for a 2 days rental... I reserved it, it should remain mine. I was 1h30 late, due to traffic on a 260 km ride. On top of that, tires were not useable ( worn off) and the rear section was full off dirt. The attendent didn't even came with me to inspect the truck, so he hasn't seen a thing.

When I tried to reserve the item, I couldn't request to have it returned to the same location. I was asked to take it an hour and a half away from where I picked it up, and even further from my home. I called, and after 30 minutes, an agent put me on hold because she didn't want to help me. I'm only grateful to the second agent I spoke to on the phone, who changed the return address to a location that was closer.
