They had very little details about the rental. Since corporate office decided to change the pickup location last minute, this location was in the dark. Then the office gave 90km extra but never gave any money towards gas to accommodate for the extra 1 hour/80km drive difference between the new pickup location and the original one near my work location. Over all this was a piss poor experience that was brought on by corporate

They had limited information and kept serving other customers while serving me. Only one employee. So anyone buying something, I had to wait. It wasn't clear about the gas calculation and it was quite frustrating to try and fill the tank at half. I put too much gas in the truck.
Brenda DBilling at the end was not what I was expected. I want to pickup a truck at Clarence Creek. I did my reservation there. It was OK. Later, Sara call me and ask if I can pickup the truck at Limoge and U-haul will give me KM for it. I said YES but I want to bring it back at Clarence Creek, Sara said YES. She give me a deal: 140$ for truck and 80 KM. I said YES but in my minds I the price will be lower because I won't do 80KM I did less KM and I was supposed to pay: 113$ but u-haul charge me 140 + tx= 156$ So I am not very happy about the DEAL u-haul did to me.
