Give some kind of rebate like 50 dollars..I was quoted one price and than told it was over 100 dollars more so I had to contact your corp office to get the quoted price it was a hassle getting to the right dept.even after the quoted price was honored I still paid like 375 dollars.that is too much money for seniors like me in a fixed income..maybe a senior discount rebate or something..Other than the high price of the rental I have nothing else.

The dolly that I rented had one tail light that actually worked, most likely a wiring issue. Also, the plate that is meant to hold the pin, that releases the ramps, was completely unattached to where it was meant to be. This caused the right side ramp to fall loose. Lucky enough I had zip ties to hold it in place for the rest of my trip.

The cab of the UHaul truck smelled of urine, there was dirt that could clearly be vacuumed up, a half smoked cigarette in the passenger door and dead bugs throughout.

Booked a car hauler and declined insurance due to having my own coverage. This pickup location added insurance and charged me without asking. The car hauler was also covered in ice. No help cleaning off the ice completely frozen on the trailer. Would not recommend.

Well when picking up the rental vehicle the customer should be informed that they will be charged if they do not put gas in it an excess of amount per gallon plus a $30 service charge on top of that whopping dollar amount per gallon and I know my God forbid you go 6 miles over the allotted amount of mileage she give people some kind of cushion cuz I know they're people that don't use 117 miles . Overall I am not very satisfied with the way it was handled at the end honestly had I known about the fine print at the bottom I would have put gas in it before I took a vehicle back so I didn't get screwed out of 70 bucks

I was not sure happy to have my pick up moved from Heartwood cabinetry to Wauseon, especially because the pick up time was set back 2hrs. I'd worked all the details with Heartwood, so that was very disappointing.

No one was on site at 9am, had to drop off the key and hope for the best. Had no idea where to park as there were no clear areas and a tight space.

Very tight for parking a large rental truck.... 30 footer at the return lot. Not a large sign to show you where the drop key box is.... and other buildings in the parking lot.... very confusing for being after business hours. Also not nearby a convenient place to get fuel.

Never a again! Need to let all the customer know about the add gas miles too. After I seen unlimited gas miles! That is bullshit to charge someone after we had 2 loads of stuff we had to move that why I wanted to rented a truck!
