Had to call out for help, no one was at the front desk when I showed up. Other than that, gentleman was very polite and friendly.

Back of haul was not swept or cleaned. Everything else was spotless. Great experience at this location, provider was great

The app is awuful had to call to get a location, this location was not marked as UHaul drop off on a one way street. Very difficult to get to proper location

Was my first time ever using a UHaul, the gentleman that runs the shop where I picked up the truck from was fantastic. Very kind, worked fast, and was great to deal with. Made our first experience with UHaul a great one, will definitely use again and recommend to others.

RETRAIN FIELD MANAGER BOB HIS WORK ETHIC IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . HE'S RUDE AND LOUD. HIS OFFENSIVE AND ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WAS ONE OF HIS BEST QUALITIES THAT I DON'T WISH THIS UPON NO ONE, MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIFYING. HE WAS ALSO TRYING TO INTIMIDATE AND WAS BULLYING ME AS WELL AS THREATENING ME, YET ANOTHER OF HIS PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY U-HAUL WOUL HAVE A PERSON LIKE THIS WORKING FOR THERE COMPANY. ALSO ALL THIS WAS ADDRESSED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ONE COULD OVER RIGHT HIM OR HELP ME, WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I WILL POST MY EXPERIENCE ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA.
