Abysmal customer service! Staff is cold and aloof, if you can get them to acknowledge you. They act like they're doing you a favor and its very inconvenient for them. Store hours are not accurate in the reservation system. They close at 4pm.Crystal B.

The individual who helped us was personable, amiable, efficient, and helpful. Our vehicle was ready at arrival and served our need well. Return was easy and swift. It was a very good experience. Having read reviews of this particular UHaul site however, it appears that a customer's experience may be determined by the individual with whom one works, as there are a number of reviews articulating that an older employee is problematic. That noted, we were pleased that we worked with a different, younger person, who was superb. Well done.Peter G.
Was unable to have my rental the complete time, as they close at 2 on a Sunday. My rental was from 9-6. I would have not been able to return it in the am.Vickie B.

The on-site staff was friendly. But an hour after dropping off the Uhaul (gave keys directly to employee) I received a nasty voicemail from Uhaul saying it hadn't been returned and threatening to â€œstart recovery procedures â€œ.Virginia M.

The front desk person was rude and over charged me, I will be addressing this tomorrow - I ordered the $14 insurance coverage and was charged double. I was also was charged $13.00 for two gallons of gas - I filled the take to 3/4 as instructed and can prove the gas was purchased and the miles I drove match the gas I replaced. This attendants behavior needs to be addressed, My rental history is strong with U-Haul and do not expect this type of service.Joseph E.
The lady at the counter was very rude. She acted like she was doing us a favor by letting us have the trailer because we were there at 3:45 and she said she doesn't allow pickup after 3:30. She was coughing all over us. With the pandemic she should of not been at work or at the least worn a mask. She was probably one of the most miserable people I've run across in a while.Steve K.
The help I got at this location was amazing. I'm giving this a poor rating because I was supposed to get my trailer from a different location at 7am. Was actually called my U-Haul to reschedule me to that location. When I got there they had signs that said they weren't even openSEAN R.

Although I prefer to use this location as it is less busy and very convenient, this is a real unusual place. No one has uniforms, there is often a pet running around, sometimes kids playing, and kind of a vacant building vibe. They are pretty efficient and get me in/out without big delays.MITCHELL S.

It's expensive and uhaul should offer shorter, daily rentals. I did not need the trailer for more than 3 days but had to pay for six days so I feel I was over charged.Dan D.

I registered online, so it took less than 10 minutes to get the van and drive it off the lot. Drop off was even easier- just handed the keys over.Beth R.
Very rude service at counter. Online says night drops allowed, get there and can't. Park the uhaul around the block on street parking over night and returned in AM at opening to drop off. U haul rep chastised me for parking it in a legal street parking spot stating I could not night drop there. Very demeaning and unprofessional. I will go out of my way to avoid ever renting from this location.Chad D.

Great people, worn out piece of equipment. Roll up door was missing rollers and VERY hard to operate. Around 275 miles into our trip the truck began running roughly and started losing power while using prodigious amounts of fuel. Yikes!Anson S.
I would only suggest that U-Haul promote its truck-rental options for homeowners. Many feel they need to own a truck for trips to recycle centers and hardware stores. They save a lot of money renting a truck for a day. The trucks are nearly new and do not require maintenance or insurance premiums.DORIAN S.

The lady that assisted me in picking up my rental was extremely rude and acted annoyed and disgruntle in asking basic questions regarding pricing that UHaul does a very poor job of conveying to their customers.Caleb M.
After the trailer was picked up I discovered that the attendant missed that the right blinker was not working. I turned around and returned the trailer only to be told that I needed to call roadside assistance. I did this and within a couple of hours sent someone to my home to repair the turn signal. Only he did not have knowledge of the trailer or the right tools with him. He had to call a Uhaul mechanic who walked him through the process, luckily he had his phone on speaker so I could hear what the mechanic was telling him and instruct the road side attendant what to do. I located the broken wire, gave him a ratchet set to do the job, and supplied him with the wire butt connector to complete the splicing. Had I not been there he would have had to leave go get the proper equipment and return to do the job. All this because someone at the pick up facility failed to notice that the wire had been cut.Thomas W.
