The service of the U-Haul was great and straight forward but not the best customer service - I didn't feel really welcomed coming in or out and I don't think I would ever use this location again as customer service is huge to me.

KENNETH Pthe lady that called me to say that we didn’t return the quilts. When we picked up the truck the lady that helped us asked if we needed and shipping mats and my son asked how much they are . she said 5$ for a package of six so he said yes and took them thinking that was what they cost. Mary was quite abrasive to my daughter when she parked in the wrong spot. She was just dropping off my son to pick up the truck. she wasn’t going to set up camp. then when the truck was returned she wanted to know where the shipping mats were. My son said he thought he had purchased them. she got all hot under the collar and then said he has to return them before closing. Well then i got a call from mary and she was so snippy about them and that we would be charged if they were late and she couldn’t check the truck in without them etc. i said no need to get snippy with me over the stupid blankets. i will bring them basic as soon as i can. we were all at work by then and just could leave at that moment. it’s not like we were stealing the struck. try alittle kindness . she was also just mad at the world i guess. or just hates her job. wouldn’t rent from that store again.

CHARLES WPlease do not change the location of pick up. This caused great inconvenience to the process and $16.50 in bridge tolls plus additional gas costs. It is unfair to have to unexpectedly pay these additional charges after confirming pickup at a much closer location.

TJ PWhen i picked up the trailer there was still someone else’s lock on the back. I didn’t realize this until I got home. Had to go to Home Depot and buy something to cut off the lock. Added an hour and a half to my moving day
BREANNA SWhile this location is convenient for my needs, the inside of the store looks more like someone's garage than a true U Haul facility. Noone wears any uniforms or identification, and the staff usually appear frazzled and weary. In addition, seems odd to close at 4pm on weekends

WILLIAM MI was unable to rate “this location” as this is my first time using U-Haul, but my “experience” was 4 stars. Since I was “forced” to pick one just to complete this survey, that alone warrants one star. Also, in general I t would help to add a sign, “Did you remember to fill up?” to the truck lot entrance to remind returnees. It benefits both company and customer. Thanks.

ALVINA Waccept the truck as swept out as the sign says and not threaten to charge a cleanout fee unless I mop the truck out. The women had an attitude problem, and I surely will not be back and will make a point to not recommend that location

MICHAEL CThe truck was dirty on inside and needed to be washed. I returned with a very small amount of dirt in the groves of the bed liner. I was charged a 25 cleaning fee and told that I needed to clean it better. I had washed the bed out with a hose

EDWARD TThey had the equipment I needed and were very helpful setup trailer to my truck. Was also a quick turn around only 15 minutes from walking in and driving away. The return was less the 10 minutes.
LYNN BWas told the amount of fuel to have before returning and I was still charged for fuel even though I brought uhaul back over the amount the staff said. The whole thing is a crazy to overcharge people unnecessarily.

DAMIAN GCommunication of what I was being charged for. I rented the truck between the hours 6pm-1am, 13 hours total and was charged 2 rental periods and 2 periods of insurance which was not communicated to me at time of signing for the truck!l. I was never told of my return time being 3 hours and 15 min after renting the truck (9:15pm). I estimated a distance of 60 miles, to move, travel and unpack in 3 hours just doesn’t make sense to why I was charged the way I was behind my back.

DIANE SAt first, I got a call directed me to return the trailer to a very dangerous part of town. I’m a senior citizen and I was afraid to go there. I went to my original drop off location and they were very kind and understanding and took great care of me.
DEBRA TThe two women I worked with not very pleasant. One never say goodbye when a phone call. She just hung up. The other didn't even reply when I said "Thanks...have a good rest of the day." Not a horrible experience, but unpleasant enough that I won't go back there.
