The truck was well maintained and the staff was courteous, professional and helpful. One note that we did notice that the back of the truck had some fir needles inside when we opened the roll up door to load the hand truck and the furniture pads. It wasn't a big deal, but we did end up sweeping the needles out once we arrived to where we needed to load my father in law's things.
