How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything went smooth and fine. One maintenance note. Would look at the shocks/suspension on the particular truck I rented. Was very rough and bumpy with every little bump or change in road surface.
Don HThis u haul was run so well The lady who helped me was so friendly and informative. Great place!!
Diane MPull the vehicle off the street and into the fenced lot for the pre-rental inspection, because leaving it parked out on the busy side street makes it dangerous to take photographs prior to leaving the lot. Provide a way to stop the beeping between that time when the driver's door is opened and when the engine is started.
MICHAEL CThe lady arranging transaction was extremely rude, arrogant and condescending. Almost left but I needed the trailer. I will NEVER use this location ever in the future.
