Not rent out vehicles you clearly knew had a broken tail light and then charged me $150.00 to replace it. It's shady business.

Tristan GThe pad lock key provided to lock up the cargo door didn't open the pad lock. The fan in the driver's compartment for the heating/AC/ventalation system would stop working every few minutes. Cycling the fan motor switch to off to on would sometimes restore fan functionality, but it was a pain to keep doing that. When I picked up the truck I worked with April, who was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I didn't have the same experience with another representative at that location when I called the day after I returned the truck to inform them of the key and fan motor issues.

Jim GThe truck was clean but the trucks shocks must have been close to failure every bump even small ones would buckle the truck and box and make it bounce back and forward. Due to this a couple items work broken. And I've rented 26 footers before idk why but this one seemed to go through gas really fast. The people at this location are great to work this just the truck miserable to drive.

Cyrena IManger (Mary) and coworkers are rude. I would like to file a complaint to the HR department. For them to talk with rudeness and disrespect towards a customer is unwarranted. With both the manger and coworker seem to think they talked to me with kindness and respect. I match energies. So I felt I the need to escalate and shout back for my own safety. I felt very uncomfortable.

Equipment is always top notch and the customer service has always been amazing. Takes a lot of stress out of moving stuff when you know the truck rental will go smoothly.
MICHAEL BActually, before COVID a full 6 and a 1 7 years ago I had a really bad experience with you hall returning a truck, believing everything was zeroed out. And having that particular place, add a bunch of charges after I left trying to charge my credit card for months, and I think because of COVID happening right after that. It became very difficult to straighten out. It took me a long time to get it straightened out, so I share that only to say, but this was a really good experience. And both the people who provided the truck into coma and the people we returned the truck to in Richland were very professional, kind. Nice to the point. Did the job no bs? Very very appreciated, we all thought it went really well.And we're grateful

Jonpaul MWe needed to drop our 10' truck off after hours. I contacted Destination Rentals to verify this could be done and was told that all i needed to do was park the truck in front, drop the key off in the keybox and check out online. We arrived around 4pm and there were no spots available. I tried calling Uhaul about where I could park and was transferred to a different # in which I was on hold for 20 minutes without reaching someone. Another customer was in the same predicament and he ended up parking the truck on the sidewalk in a no parking zone. We did not want to chance something happening to the truck so waited until a spot was open as there was a play going on nearby and people were parking their personal cars there. We finally parked the truck in the parking lot after 1.5 hours and trying to reach Uhaul. It was such a terrible experience. Do not tell the customer to park the truck in the lot w/o alternatives in case the lot is full. Also, it should be clearly marked that personal vehicles will be towed so that after hours return of UHaul trucks can be supported. Otherwise, do not offer after hours drop off. I would never use this location again.
Erika OThis Tacoma location was awesome. Workers friendly and supportive especially since our original pick up location was not open when they were supposed to be. The original pick up location, Gig Harbor Coffee, cloaked and not answering phone even though reservations could be made for their location. The Tacoma location was amazing. In the future I will Only use the Tacoma location.
