RICHARD LI did everything that I agreed to on the contract. I had an after-hours drop off. And when I got there the app would not accept my odometer reading. Therefore the key drawer would not open so I could return the key. I called the 800 number and a lady helped me through that and I agreed to bring the key back to the store the next day. I locked the truck and did my video to make sure I didn't have any problems with that. First thing in the morning that girl started calling me and then when I called her back she was extremely rude. And told me that I was supposed to be there first thing in the morning. I may have said that but I knew they're open till 2:00. It was a very disrespectful of her to speak to me the way she did. When I walked in she said give me the key. All I can say is that I was very stressed when dropping off the truck. It was dark cold and raining while I was trying to get through the app. So I can put it the key back in the lock box. And then for her to treat me that way was wrong. I didn't deserve to be treated in this way. I was in a stressful move already my son had just passed away and I was being forced to move because I couldn't afford to stay there. And then she just made the whole experience worse. Unfortunately I am going to order a U-Haul again later this week to finish my move. But I will not be going to that location on 6th avenue that girl is horrible.
DAWNE RI did have an issue that was quickly reslved. At my home I went out to move the vehicle. The key would not turn when trying to start the van. I called customer service who walked me through a solution that was quickly resolved.
DOUGLAS GVery friendly and efficient. I preregistered and was out of there with the trailer in about 10 minutes. When I returned the trailer I was out of there in 5. Great, friendly service! Highly recommended!
BRUCE BThis is the second bad experience I’ve had at this location. The people who work here are rude and do not know what customer service is. I used the mobile check in, and then went in to get the key. Was told “they don’t do that here”, and I had to pull my cards out yet again. U-Haul either offers the mobile check in or they don’t. Went to return my truck after hours and their key drop is too small to actually drop the key with the U-Haul keychain. It was so unpleasant I will drive and pay the extra mileage rather than use this location again.

ERIC MThe truck was well maintained and the staff was courteous, professional and helpful. One note that we did notice that the back of the truck had some fir needles inside when we opened the roll up door to load the hand truck and the furniture pads. It wasn't a big deal, but we did end up sweeping the needles out once we arrived to where we needed to load my father in law's things.

MICHAEL HOwners are responsive, professional, and helpful on the front end getting a vehicle. And they are reasonable and helpful on the back end returning the vehicles. I've rented from them 3-4 times now. I like renting from them better than most of the U-Haul's I've been to that are in my area. Not every rental and move goes exactly as planned - moving may take longer than expected; it may be more tiring than expected; it may rain; help may not show up on time. The owners have heard and seen it all. They are communicative, fair and helpful. 5 stars. Good luck on your next move.
