The uhaul customer service representative was helpful getting me checked in. The process was smooth and he was extremely professional in making sure I was checked in properly. Thank you.

I got charged twice for mobile pick up. $260 and $160 I have yet to receive my money back. On top of that I was charged for a furniture dolly when it wasn’t even in the truck. Not cool, made my life harder. If I could give 0 stars I would absolutely.
