The location is a bit confusing. We had to park way down the street because there was aline of trucks starting at the driveway. That's why I'm saying "not inviting". It was self serve on a Friday before 12 noon. I could not see anyone who worked there. There were gentlemen on the porch who were totally fine but non communicative. I felt safe (65 year old woman), I'm not sure why someone reviewed it as unsafe. I left my iPad in the cab. It had fallen behind the seat and I never saw it whilst taking interior pictures as per return procedure. I was able to contact a rep using the 800 number and Steven was extremely helpful. He contacted the area manager and within 24 hours I got a call that my iPad was safe at the location of drop off. Luckily my daughter was able to retrieve it that same day. I can't thank Steven and the representative at drop off site enough for their diligence!!

I love this location & will be back. My only gripe is with U-Haul as a company: PLEASE fix your app. It can take up to two minutes to even connect, and that's with full bars on my phone so I know it isn't me. And each new page can be another full minute or two. There's no reason for that in 2026. PLEASE fix it.

WHY IS YOUR APP SO SLOW???? I had NO issues with the location or the staff. EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM was because your app takes 3-5 minutes to upload EVERY PHOTO. It ISN'T my phone -- I know, because I don't have this problem with any similar apps and I have this problem with yours EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If you're going to make us do ALL the work of verifying the vehicle condition AND if your app isn't going to function smoothly SO WE CAN DO THAT then you need to either fix the damn app, or start giving us discount. There is literally no reason it should take me 20 minutes to do the basic vehicle checks. Seriously it feels like you're running this thing on a shared server at GoDaddy. Do better.

Location did not feel very safe, and the large number of non-customer men sitting inside the building made finding assistance confusing. The person who eventually did offer assistance was outside and in their car, about to drive away.

Unfortunately I had to keep the U-Haul for a couple hours after my reservation & I couldn’t extend so I was charged twice instead of just a late fee. Don’t think I’ll be using U-Haul anymore
