The person at the pick up location sent me to a drop off that was not there, they sent me to this location because they had no room for it, so all the running around took me hours.

I have been a long time Uhaul customer but I'm confused about the new policy of charging a customer for a second day if they don't return their rental by their designated time even though it doesn't exceed the 24 hour rental period. This is NOT a Customer Friendly policy. Especially in my case where I indicated it would be an after hours drop off at about 7 PM when the store would be closed and clearly no one else could possibly be renting the trailer that day. Fortunately I made my predicted return time so no harm, no foul. I would have been extremely disappointed if I was charged a second day because it took a little longer than my estimated 7 PM and I was charged extra for it. When you rent a trailer, you are basically renting it for 24 whether you use it for an hour or 24 hours. So why charge because the customer underestimated how long it was going to take them provided it was still within the 24 hour rental period? For now, I guess I'm forced to state full day rental periods. Even though I could be done in 2 hours and the trailer could be available for a second rental later that day. Unfortunately the store won't know it's coming back and can't commit to another customer that day. So I really don't see where this new policy is helpful to Uhaul, their service network or their customers in any way. Oh, I almost forgot. Uhaul also wants photos of the trailer to prove it was returned by your designated time?! Really?! If it's there in the morning when the store opens up, it was certainly there with in the 24 hour rental period. Uhauls job should be to make renting moving equipment as simple and painless as possible. Not more complicated for no reason.

Perfect location for a U-Haul location. Mom and Pop farm. Fresh fruit and veggies. Satellite post office on premises. Why go anywhere else?

Long waits due to this location also being a post office. I was disappointed that I was charged a fuel surcharge when the owner did not inform me upon the return of the vehicle that the fuel level was low. Based on my inspection of the fuel level it was equal to the fuel level when the vehicle was initially rented. I will do everything in my power to not rent any equipment from this location or Uhaul in the future.

The truck had an exhaust leak and the cab was very uncomfortable for a long trip. Lots of body damage on the truck

This is a makeshift location with no infrastructure. There were clients waiting and I’m glad I have the u-haul app on my phone. It worked fine and I was able to check in and out on my own, even though I had questions. Kudos to the u-haul customer service who answered my questions through the 800 number.

When booking the rental and asking the length of time needed, it never mentioned that there would be a process that eats into your rental time to get approved. Would have been nice to have a 24 hour check in process in place.

We've rented a U-haul from this location three times this past year and they're the BEST.
