I signed up for mobile pickup prior to location opening. I even called the day before to ensure I would be all set. I arrived at 7:45am on a Sunday to pick up truck. All 8 lock boxes were open with no keys. I had to wait until 9am for it to open. Opened at 9:10. I had people waiting to help me. Incredibly frustration. Not that hard people. Do your job
