Check-in was polite and efficient. However, upon return, the sole function of the staff seemed to be to refer me to the self return and that they could not help me return in person. in other words the BARE minimum of interaction with customers.

Make sure your vehicles are not reported as stolen before you rent your vehicles out. . Had to return vehicles ahead of time. Because I was afraid of having another scary situation being confronted by the police., being dragged out of the truck handcuffed and being detained. Desperately trying to prove to the officer that I rented the truck outright. Very embarrassing and humiliating situation U-Haul put me through.
EDWARD N.She was grumpy as anything that we were there at 9 in the morning. She really had an attitude. She said you should have call them not the U-Haul number. They don't know anything. Trailer went well but one tire was down to the wear bar if not below it. . Hopefully never have to go there again.
