While I prefer meeting, talking to, and generally dealing with live human beings in life, the App did end up getting the job done - although it required a call from U-Haul to get through it and a trian passing by AT THE TIME OF CALL (emphasis added to show the loudness of the train!) made it even more problematic. The drop off was pretty glitch free. Also, there seemed to be a discrepancy between what I saw written as to pick-up instructions and what the assistant told me over the phone. I read that I had an hour from my requested pick-up time to get my truck and the assistant said it was only 15 minutes. Regardless, it all turned out alright. I had difficulty getting my ID photo to work since I was trying to get as close as possible to capture my DL image. If this image capture part of the App also had the outline for the required DL, as the App does for the truck image captures it might help. Thank you and keep it up. Customer since 1964!

Very professional and curtious
WILLIAM K1st when i went to pick up the truck the lady at the desk took for ever to check us out. Then, she told me I can drop off the truck at any location i want without disclosing that they were going to be extra charge for that. Very upset now. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
