Truly horrible experience. Still waiting for a call back from management.

I showed up on time and the person working knew nothing about rentals of the truck. It took 30 minutes of my moving time to figure it out. Then upon returning again he knew nothing about returning the truck. Lost time using truck and had to wait. Not good service.
