1. Storage Van was parked too close to the fence where it was hard for customer to get into. 2. Storage Van back door was rusted to the point, it was a struggle to close the door. 3. Van was dirty & contain a kitchen knife left in the back. 4. During return, Location was closed way before closing time. 5. During rental process, UHaul made several changes the day before & the day of to my reservation. I never had this much trouble with UHaul before.
