I had to have the truck jump started twice, adding over an hour of wait time for those jumps to be completed .

I did not have a positive experience with U-Haul. After making an on-line reservation, nobody from U-Haul called me the night before to confirm the arrangements. I learned the morning I was to rent the U-Haul that they changed the location for pick-up. This call was initiated by me and not U-Haul. The location was hard to find and the door was locked when I arrived. The representative was not very helpful. I also had a hard time starting the U-Haul again when I got back home. The final issue was that I was incorrectly billed for gas when I filled the tank up before returning to a level higher than when I got the U-Haul. When I got the U-Haul it only had a quarter of a tank in it. All in all this was not a positive experience and I will look for other options next time I need a rental truck.

Denmark SPLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They will charge your card what they want and take additional money. They took over $1000 from me !!!
JAMES CU-Haul confirmed my reservation, but Devon self storage claimed they never received it. There was no one in the facility when I arrived. U-Haul stated they were supposed to be there with no lunch break. The van was muddy. The manager claimed that the renter prior to me had paid for the cleaning fee so she wouldn’t charge me. I haven’t looked at my receipt, but there should not be a charge for cleaning. I ended up spending way more than intended, but that was my fault. All in all I didn’t have a good experience this time.
