Had terrible attitude and wouldn't let me drop off even showing them my receipt. Area manager tried to help, but they still wouldn't let me drop off. Extremely hard to deal with and rude!! Luckily area manager let me carry back yo pickup location and took care of return charges since it wasn't my fault!

SONYA AInstructions for reserving as a whole were not clear. We had to complete the same information 3 times. The addresses went to nondescript locations and the staff at the original pickup point was rude. All of this, plus a surprise price change made this a regrettable experience.
Jarett TFor some reason, the app would not accept any photos or information related to the pick-up, and eventually, I gave up and bypassed that part because too much time was being wasted. It worked great upon the return.
Scott POffice staff was very helpful, walked me through the online process. I missed the notification in the email that I could do all the check-in items ahead of time but she helped me get it set. Van had dirty floor mats and a dirty cargo area, when I cranked it the drivers side rear tire had a low-pressure alert. I ultimately had to add air to all four tires.
