For some reason, the app would not accept any photos or information related to the pick-up, and eventually, I gave up and bypassed that part because too much time was being wasted. It worked great upon the return.

Office staff was very helpful, walked me through the online process. I missed the notification in the email that I could do all the check-in items ahead of time but she helped me get it set. Van had dirty floor mats and a dirty cargo area, when I cranked it the drivers side rear tire had a low-pressure alert. I ultimately had to add air to all four tires.
Alfred FI had to have the truck jump started twice, adding over an hour of wait time for those jumps to be completed .
Jonathan GI did not have a positive experience with U-Haul. After making an on-line reservation, nobody from U-Haul called me the night before to confirm the arrangements. I learned the morning I was to rent the U-Haul that they changed the location for pick-up. This call was initiated by me and not U-Haul. The location was hard to find and the door was locked when I arrived. The representative was not very helpful. I also had a hard time starting the U-Haul again when I got back home. The final issue was that I was incorrectly billed for gas when I filled the tank up before returning to a level higher than when I got the U-Haul. When I got the U-Haul it only had a quarter of a tank in it. All in all this was not a positive experience and I will look for other options next time I need a rental truck.
