This overall process has been a nightmare. My reservation process was so difficult until someone finally understood that it was a local move but needed to return to a different location on other side of city. My reservation pick up location was changed by U-haul and when I went to pickup the truck, the process was an absolute time wasting pain. The the facility was not able to assist as their system would not allow me to complete the process, directing me to use the app for self check in but the app would not work either, such as load pics or even review and complete agreement. My price, days and milage allowance were changed. I told the Representative and he told me to complete everything later. Once I was able to obtain my actual location for drop off it was easy but the final price was far more than initially told. It was supposed to be a total of $104 but my final charge ended up over $150, and I still have no idea where the extra charges are or ability to even upload any photos. I have been a longtime, very frequent user but this leaves me wondering if another provider may serve my interest better when I look to move again in DEC/JAN. While historically very smooth, this was a very frustrating process.

Destiny WThe whole process is jut not as seamless as you're led to believe. The app was very glitchy. I did appreciate that the trucks were outside the storage center so we didn't have to go through the gate.
Darrell Bemployee was very friendly, quickly checked me in and also checked me out at the end.
