Early Pick Up Lock Box was EMPTY. Had to wait over an hour for someone to show up to open office and provide my Key. This was all set up a week prior!
Barry EPeter is an amazing employee. Goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I need.
Lidia CGentleman was helpful with the rental portion part. Very polite and prompt. He was easy to deal with. Job well done. Only issue was in having better communication with the 24 hour service or box. Not sure if that was an app problem
