I had to change my drop-off reservation by 2 hours, and they didn't even know until after I called them. We also got charged an entire day for 2 hours, which is not a good policy. They tried to prohibit me from returning my vehicle on the app. We could never get in contact with them in time over the phone. They had an entire lot but wouldn't do overnight parking. We got charged over $150 extra for miles, which we were never told would happen. We would randomly get calls about our reservation, and when we called back, it took a long time for anyone to answer. Also, our original pickup location got switched to 20 miles away without any compensation for the extra miles we had to pay for. Overall, I had a really bad experience. I felt like I got cheated and was just getting charged for what felt like no reason. Anytime I needed clarification on things, I would most likely not receive an answer. I felt like they were being purposely incompetent just to charge me. The only redeeming thing about this entire process was working with the staff at Hoffman Estates because at least they actually helped me, and the process of picking up at that location went smoothly. Had I known this was going to be this inconvenient and this expensive, I would have just ordered movers. Please do better.

The truck was on empty when we picked it up. The low fuel light came on. The back door made a horribly loud banging noise on every bump we drove over. it was painful having to listen to it. Very bad experience overall.
