My rental was made 3 weeks before the moving date at a very specific location based on where my storage unit was (also through U-Haul). The rental location was changed not once, but twice within 24 hours of the moving date. The location that it was moved to was a 3rd party facility that did not offer the proper gear for moving (ie dolly, moving pads, etc). When I tried to rent them from my U-Haul storage facility I was told I could not because the rental for the truck was now through a different property. When leaving the U-Haul truck rental location the app and website would not accept the photos for insurance and quality purposes and was instead uploading a blank, black image into the paper needed for a secure rental. I will not be using U-Haul in the future and am closing out my storage unit and changes locations to a different company.
