The truck and location were just fine and the truck was clean. The app I used to pick up and drop off the truck was not running well though. I had to enter in information multiple times and got stuck in an endless loop of pages where it was confusing that I had to back out of the page to move forward in the process. I will likely try and work with a person over using that app. The mileage reader on the van also claimed I drove 20 miles which seemed far too much and the gas mileage left jumped from 185 down to 173 after driving 2 miles. So there may be some mileage counting issues in the van. Still highly recommend using uhaul, just rent while people are present for a better experience.
