Everything about the truck was fine, pickup went fine, the location was great, but at dropoff it looked like you wanted me to download your app and use it exclusively for the dropoff. NO. I do not want to download your app. I am sick and tired of being required to download an app to do anything. STOP MAKING US DO THIS. Give me a way to do the dropoff without your stupid app, I don't want it, even temporarily. your QR code should just link to a site that lets us do the dropoff like we did the pickup instead of linking us to your GOD DAMN APP. I don't care if you want to offer it as a convenience after the fact or even during the pickup process, just don't require it. Even if there is a way to do it without the app, linking it and making it appear as the only option is predatory. I had no way of knowing if there even was another portal and ended up just having the shop owner do the dropoff for me. 10/10 shop owner, 10/10 truck, 10/10 location, dropoff and pickup are simple enough, but please stop it with the apps. They are annoying and probably mine data from us somehow anyways. I am not your product, fuck off.

It takes too long to get c H ec I ed out and get going! Having to photograph all sides of the truck, as well as mileage and gas, download the pics, most of the time the app doesn't work. Inside the office, had to photograph license and face, which online said was optional but agent said was mandatory. Again, app would not load. You need to be able to do this from home. ALL OF THIS.

Happiness needs a raise, whatever you are paying her. She is the face of the franchise; she IS the franchise to the public and therefore is your most valuable business asset. She is also a lovely person who does a fantastic job.

Sync your app better to the database. When I reserved online the drop off location was selected. The place where truck was pi caked up had on receipt this location but when checking out, another location across town was in the system. I had to call for it to be changed so I wasn’t charged additional fee.

I thiought it took an inordinate amount of time to check out the truck. I guess the old days of filling out a paper form are gone, but couldn't some of this have been done at home on our computer beforehand? Trying to do it on tiny forms on our phones was difficult, especially as we are older and not used to these things. Not everyone is tech-savvy, you know. But kudos to the agent in the office, Miss Happiness (that's her given name; I'm sorry I don't remember her last name), as she was very polite and sweet about helping us.
