We originally made a reservation close to our house but were rescheduled to pick up at this location without being asked. This added 30 minutes round trip to pick up and drop off.

Truck had severe damage to nose cone with gaping hole inside box and box was completely detached from cab. Location was surrounded by numerous unsafe individuals sleeping in the lot, and appearing to have substance abuse/mental health issues.

The process of picking up on the app is a nightmare. Nothing is explained. Photos don’t save. This location in particular does not feel safe to park your personal vehicle at, or to even take pics of the u-haul for too long at. the attendant was kind and efficient - so nothing against him. but I would never rent here again.

Have the U-Haul available at my original location. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to answer my call and reschedule my pickup to this location.

This is just a gas station for drop offs. Convenient, but not a Uhaul facility.

Window was left open seat and door where all wet was not cleaned prior as there was trash of food under the seats. I mentioned it to the store clerk no apologies no offered discount. I’m very unsatisfied and would not recommend. I’ve been to other U-Haul rental places and most have updated cars with rear cameras this one did not.

I have been using this location exclusively for my small business. I love to support small business and local . The clerk today was impatient and rude not the level i am used to receiving from Buddha>
