The BEST shuttle staff on the Planet!

I really enjoyed parking here however, the pricing is just not affordable what so ever for long term parking. I bothered me that you kept upping me rent even after I have been there for yrs to get up to your current prices!! Where's the loyalty to long term customers.

Super experience with Diamond Self Storage. Annette has been great to work with over my years leasing a parking space at Diamond. I would highly recommend.

While my vehicle was parked here, it was entered illegally along with seven other cars. The facility pretty. much said oh well, that'll be $250 a month, too bad. They did tell me they increased security but somehow when I picked the car up, there were items in the car that didn't belong to me, meaning that the illegal entering continued. No one was mean or rude throughout but grossly unhelpful.

I was very pleased with my covered parking space H219. I only concluded our arrangement because I will be driving my vehicle every day. I especially loved the shuttle service. If I need to store a vehicle again. I hope I can find a space at Diamond Storage. Merry Christmas to all of you.

I have used this facility for short and long term storage recently. I would use them again shoukd the need arise! Good show.

Everything was great. I started a storage unit in 2019 and everything went smoothly. Also liked that they are open 24/7 when I need a ride from the airport it was always nice to call at anytime.

Worst experience ever. Don't not use this company because they have NO customer service. Signed up for rental and they said I would be contacted within 24hr to do meet up at loc for move in. Agent never called back. Made contact with office 5 times and stated each time they were sending messages to agent (Annette) who wood call me. Never happened. This company has no follow thru in making contact and don't even know how they are in business. Contacted other company and they had excellent customer service and took care of my needs.

Diamond self storage booked me a non existent unit. They booked me an outside parking space when I asked for a 9'x 20' indoor storage unit. I'm very upset at the wasted time and gas it took to go there and be denied my storage space. So I am very dissatisfied with diamond self storage

Office staff was great except for the on duty person Sunday Aug 29 when I tried to close out the account. Somehow he forgot that I was the customer.

Perfect for us to store our vehicle while traveling in and out of Anchorage last winter. We never had to wait for the shuttle and the on-site free car wash was an added bonus. Highly recommend!
