The truck had bird poop all over it. But when my husband did the mobile check-in we were not advised that we would have to choose a premium package of some sorts before he can get the keys for the truck. Last time we rented a truck we paid the price I was quoted for. Luckily we won't be moving again. But I did not like that that you all posted that charge so we couldn't even get the keys until we paid it. And the place was closed so we had no other choice but the pay and additional $40.
