Run down store, tobacco and marijuana products appeared to be their main business. No an inviting environment
Larry GThe worker there was not helpful, had to call u-Haul to actually get my discount. Worker kept joking around and deflected questions I had for him. He provided 5/6 clean moving mats, the one that was dirty was full of oil and stained the hardwood floor as I moved my stuff. He made me carry all the equipment to the actual truck instead of him preloading it. The truck also had trash rolling around the cab. Overall i would not recommend the worker/ satellite location.
PATRICK KCalled for 4 days straight and they would not answer the phone. There was a check-in error with the app so they didn’t check in my car. Ended up having to drive to the location to get this fixed after 4+ calls to U-Haul. That location gives U-Haul a very bad name. Why allow a company that won’t answer their phone to represent the U-Haul brand? Total disaster.

LORZERRICK SClerk was extremely lackadaisical, watching a video on his phone instead of helping us. He had no concern for wasting our time. Also, he was very difficult to understand because of his foreign accent. Will never go here again because of that.
ANN VThe single employee at this location did not know how to complete the pick up documentation. It took him over an hour on the phone speaking to someone who was NOT an UHaul employee. There was a language barrier because he spoke limited English. Complete Fiasco! I would never use this UHaul location again.

Sandra VI continue to believe the billing calculation was incorrect for this contract. I was overcharged in a couple of areas, and it appears sales tax was levied on one fee that is non-taxable. I requested a review of the charge levied for this rental, and have not had the courtesy of a response. How long does it take to review and confirm the charges on a rental? What can you do to improve? Respond to cusotmer requests and concerns. It seems my question was passed from a customer service rep to a manager then to the finance department, and nobody has the reponsibility to bring the answer back to me. That is not a reasonable way to treat customers. You can contact me to discuss.
JAMES KInside of box was covered in dirt and filled with dirty moving blankets. I spent over an hour cleaning this truck so that I could put our items into it. Additionally location didn’t have appliance dolly I had rented necessitating additional time to a U-Haul corporate center and another 30 minute wait.
Michael MIt took over an hour to check out the vehicle. There was confusion about the appliance dolly and the attendant couldn't figure out what to do. He kept telling me to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. Not cool. I ended up calling customer support, who were very helpful. I ended up handing my phone to the attendant to remedy the problem. This guy was useless. I could have used a competent, well trained individual.
Rob HU-Haul truck was absolutely filthy inside and out. The back of the box was not swept out. All windows were dirty inside and out and I had to clean them just to be able to see. I did not have time to go back to the location and complain about the condition of the truck. Not sure if I'll rent from U-Haul again or at least that location

STEPHANIE CVehicle was dirty inside and out. There were leftover bed frame boards from a previous use. A/C and heat did not come out of vets so the windshield was constantly fogging up.

Michael SWe were supposed to pick up at another location. This one was polite and friendly but not helpful.
David LThey guy working at the location hardly spoke english. Items were added to my order that I never approved. Was told I can drop off anywhere and got charged for dropping off at another location in town. Vehicle was dirty. Tank was not full. Wipers were shot. Returned it cleaner than I was given and with the same amount of fuel as received and still got charged for fuel and cleaning.
Daniel TThis pick up location had no U-Haul people on site, in fact the young man at the convenience store tried to help but he didn’t even know that they provided U-Haul rentals. I spent 40 minutes on clerks cell phone talking to someone and then I had to find the trailer and hook it up myself.
Larry pThe movers I hired through you did not show up and I want a refund on my $165 I paid for the movers, that DIDN'T SHOW UP! This is the second time I have had to ask. Please get back to me with a refund.

Barinder JThe attendant couldn't really explain the charges. She just needed to get my signature and suggested I call uhaul, which I did. And was told there was nothing they could do because they weren't the drop off point. I was very very frustrated. Especially because I'm a repeat and very good customer. What's the point of using the app, and trying to rent mobile, to avoid the issues when you are being told different things and told to go to one place to get the truck and then another. And of course, I'm at the mercy of someone else's time to take me, or pick me up.
Elizabeth MVery upset with the drop off process. I set up the drop off at one location and when I went there there was no one there despite it saying open on the door. The uhaul website told me to go to another location in the complete opposite direction.
