Place was sketchy looking, U-Haul truck had 150k miles on it, seats wore torn up, and their hours online were inaccurate. The guy at the counter was super cool though. My bigger beef was with U-Haul themselves, sent me to 3 different locations after originally changing my pick up site just to give me a bigger truck that I did not feel comfortable driving and did not want or need.

Curtis PTruck overheated and we had to wait for uhaul to have a mobil mechanic replace a radiator in a random parking lot instead of finding another truck so we didn't have to use up multiple hours of our rental time waiting on a repair. Maybe offer another truck or discount for inconveniences like this.
