Arrived to the location, and there was one person working there. He was friendly, but not very helpful. I mentioned I had some trash, and he said "this isn't my problem" and asked me to pile the trash into my car. Upon leaving, I said I left some bubble wrap in the truck, if he could throw it away. I come home to a $150 cleaning fee which is an absolute joke. I disputed the charge on my credit card-- $150 is laughable. Don't return your truck here-- it is clearly an autobody shop trying to rake in some extra cash. Return your stuff to an actual Uhaul location.

It's hard to use "your" uhaul app to return the vehicle on drop off.

I added fuel before returning the truck, there is a gas station across the street. I was charged $42 to add 2 gallons of gas. I received the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. I traveled 22 miles. I added 2 gallons before returning the vehicle. The fuel gauge was at 1/4 tank when I returned it. I would like a refund for the $42 fuel charge.

Drop off with no personnel to help us and it was closed. We were getting rained on.

The service was good and the attendant was helpful even though he didn't have to. The problem is that it has a food service coach on the premises which is off putting if they are watching you move. The van was very clean and from this decade, so that makes up for it. If I was paired with an older van I would have walked.

Justin Lord, the owner, is so professional, nice, courteous, and funny…I used to go to another uhaul place in town but they are hectic and always stressed and this one had the truck I needed onsite. I am SO glad I found this Uhaul in another part of town!

I never received the dolly I paid for. Getting in connection with a uhual that has a dolly was extremely difficult and had a few requests filled. I never got a call back from anyone. I never got I had dolly and had to rent from home depot instead.

I picked up the U-haul with 1/2 of a tank and returned it with 1/2 a tank. They called me and told me I picked it up with 3/4 of a tank. They lied. I had a picture. They still charged me.

No one was there when I went to return the truck. I called the phone number and they said he wouldn't be there till noon. Just leave the key in the drop box. So I did.

Had a great experience, super easy pickup/drop off and spotless vehicle. Jason was amazing! Little mess up (on my part) while picking up, and he was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. Awesome guy!

The whole process of getting the truck was easy. The truck was clean. The only problem was that I had requested a package of blankets and the site did not have any. We made do however.

Location was good. U-Haul app was very glitchy. Kept freezing or crashing when trying to upload photos. Eventually had to call customer service to make sure the return went through because the app no longer showed I had a rental truck. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.
